Tri3e Yoga was established in January 2018 to create a yoga class that would be suitable for every body in an inclusive, relaxing and friendly environment.
The classes create a contemporary twist on the traditional practice of yoga to make it more appropriate to combat the stressors of modern day life.
Tri3e Yoga blends meditation, the physical practice of yoga (asana) and breathing techniques to leave the body feeling strong, supple and soothed. All abilities are welcome to each practice, whether you are a more established yogi, or if this is your first class- Jessica has an encouraging and friendly approach which will assure you that yoga is something to be enjoyed by all.

I'm a complimentary therapist, personal trainer and yoga instructor with over 16 years of professional experience in the holistic and wellness industry.
In 2017, I completed 200 hours of intensive yoga teacher training in Goa; specialising in Ashtanga Yoga which inspired me to create Tri3e Yoga.
Combining massage therapy, personal training and yoga I now have a comprehensive understanding of the body; both physically and on a deeper level.
Since the beginning of my wellness journey I have always been passionate about encouraging others to feel more confident and to embrace themselves.
I truly believe that yoga should be accessible for everybody; as in today's busy and stressful world, we could all benefit from slowing down and reconnecting with our mind and our bodies.
